Having finished its preliminary investigation SIX Exchange Regulation has initiated an investigation against Bergbahnen Engelberg-Trübsee-Titlis AG on the grounds of possible breaches of the obligations regarding the disclosure of management transactions. The investigation is connected with questions regarding the organizational implementation of the reporting obligations.

Investigatory proceedings will continue for an indefinite period. SIX Exchange Regulation will announce the findings, however, no information will be provided while the investigation is ongoing.
