Temenos Group AG (SIX: TEMN), the market leading provider of core banking solutions, today announced proposed changes to its Board of Directors.

Temenos’ Board of Directors decided to nominate three new directors for election to the Board of Directors at its next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). The new candidates are Mr. Ian Robert Cookson, Mr. Thibault de Tersant and Mr. Sergio Giacoletto-Roggio.

Temenos’ Board of Directors also decided that it will not be seeking the re election of Mr. Mark Austen and Mr. Lewis Polk Rutherfurd, currently members of the Board, at the next AGM in 2012.

Andreas Andreades, Chairman of the Temenos Board of Directors, said “Messrs Cookson, de Tersant and Giacoletto-Roggio, have outstanding skills and significant experience that will strongly contribute to the ability of the Temenos Board of Directors to support our future strategic and business objectives. Each will provide insight and expertise that will prove valuable for Temenos shareholders, customers and employees.
