Quintillion launches Q Control Dashboard

Quintillion fund administration has released a new version of its Dashboard system, Q Control. The Quintillion Dashboard integrates several licensed and in-house designed applications into a central status management tool.

Q Control is a process control workflow system designed to implement a daily, exception based, processing environment. This allows management and clients to achieve a higher level of transparency and governance within the daily processing environment.

Q Control has been fully integrated with Portfolio management systems, Prime Brokers and Counterparties automatically receiving incoming data feeds / extracts from Advent Geneva, Paladyne, Prime Brokers and Clients. Q Control uses a custom Microsoft windows Dot Net client with a Microsoft SQL server database and a Quintillion designed back end service integrates all the co-operating applications and services using Microsoft Message Queuing technology. There is a complete audit trail providing an electronic daily checklist within the dashboard which records who prepared / approved all processes and logs activities, users and times within a database.

The implementation of Q Control facilitates a true exceptions based management environment ensuring increased transparency and accountability within a strict control environment, providing a unique and outstanding service to the client.
