Talkingtech Selects Tripwire for PCI Compliance

Tripwire, Inc. announced today that TALKINGtech Ltd., a global provider of interactive voice messaging solutions, has implemented Tripwire Enterprise, an enhanced file integrity monitoring solution from Tripwire to help maintain compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

TALKINGtech has a global presence which expands across many industries, including telecommunications, utilities and finance. The company has implemented Tripwire Enterprise across its systems in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

intouch is TALKINGtech’s automated solution designed to deliver targeted interactive messages to large customer bases, prompting customer response. With intouch, customers are given real-time options to hear their account details, interact with the contact centre or pay their account over the phone. As a result, TALKINGtech’s systems are subject to the regulatory standards designed to protect customer data. To help maintain PCI compliance, TALKINGtech turned to Tripwire.
