BNY ConvergEx Group's Eze Castle Software to Launch Full-Service Office in Hong Kong

BNY ConvergEx Group, LLC, a leading provider of global agency brokerage and investment technology solutions, announced today that it is continuing its global expansion with the launch of Eze Castle Software - Asia Pacific Ltd., its new office based in Hong Kong. The new full-service office will include sales and client service teams dedicated to supporting its order management system, the Eze OMS.

R.G. Manalac, Director of Consulting, Eze Castle Software, will oversee the new office in Hong Kong. A former hedge fund trader, Mr. Manalac has been with Eze Castle since 2003 and has overseen more than 50 OMS implementations. He is currently managing Eze’s West Coast operations.

Our regional service and account management model is the cornerstone of our effort to be a partner and not a vendor for our clients,” says Manalac. “Opening an office in Hong Kong will enable us to better understand the individual workflows of our clients in the region and to offer them the high level of service and support that they should expect from a technology partner.”

The expansion of its global franchise is an ongoing strategic initiative for BNY ConvergEx Group. In addition to the new Eze Castle office in Hong Kong, ConvergEx recently appointed Luis Camacho as head of its ConvergEx Global Markets business for the Asia Pacific region.
