Galway city recently played host to Ireland’s first launch event for Dynamics CRM 4.0, the latest version of Microsoft’s CRM software. Hosted by Vulcan Solutions and Microsoft Ireland, in conjunction with ITAG, this event attracted a lot of interest from the West of Ireland’s business community and public bodies.

Over 50 organisations were represented at the event from a variety of sectors; public, life sciences, technology, telecommunications, financial services, educational, hospitality and professional services.
