Zeus Technology, a leading provider of award-winning application traffic management software, today announced a new strategic alliance partnership with art of defence to offer Zeus’ ZXTM (Zeus Extensible Traffic Manager) with art of defence’s web application security product, hyperguard.
ZXTM and hyperguard have inherently different approaches to security, the combination is extremely flexible and robust. hyperguard is a software-based plug-in that acts as a security filter for each web application to safeguard against attacks such as SQL injection, Cross-Site Scripting or session Hijacking, whereas ZXTM intelligently monitors network traffic and can carry out prescribed policies to re-direct and even rewrite requests in both directions.
