Concur Opens Office in Czech Republic, Broadens Global Presence

Prague, Czech Republic - 12 October 2007

Concur (Nasdaq: CNQR), the world’s leading provider of on-demand business services that automate Employee Spend Management, today announced the opening of its Prague, Czech Republic office, strengthening the company’s global capabilities and solidifying its presence in Europe. Concur’s Prague office will include sales, marketing, engineering, and client support staff, focusing on delivering products and services that are tailored to its European-based partners and customers.

“Concur is a global company with global solutions, and we are focused on delivering the best employee spend management services to our customers around the world,” said Rajeev Singh, president and chief operating officer for Concur. “We've been doing business in Europe for years [from our United Kingdom office], and during the past 24 months, we've opened offices in Norway, Belgium, Germany and now in the Czech Republic, where our Prague office will become a center of excellence for engineering, services and infrastructure. This significant investment in Europe reflects our belief in the tremendous opportunity for Concur's travel and expense management services.”

The company selected Prague as its European headquarters due to its central location and proximity to customers and partners, enabling Concur to provide in-person support to its growing band of reseller and co-sell partners across Europe. Earlier this year, the company announced the availability of travel inventory through VIA Rail, SNCF, Rail1, Die Bahn and Evolvi through Concur® Connect and partnerships with leading financial institutions BCC Corporate and Nordea.
