Callataÿ & Wouters Luxembourg has received the PFS agreement

Luxembourg - 21 September 2006

Callataÿ & Wouters Luxembourg, editor and integrator of banking software packages, has received the PFS agreement – Professional of the Financial Sector – by the Minister of the Treasury and Budget.

For Callataÿ & Wouters Luxembourg, this step is part of a strategy to extend the services offered in the Market. Indeed, in its role as “administrative agent for the financial sector” as well as “provider of information systems and communication networks in the financial sector”, C&W will soon present an offer specially developed for banks in the Grand-Duchy.

Frédéric Stiernon, Country Manager: “Most of the banks in the market consider this accreditation indispensable when selecting providers, as it reflects a strong commitment to quality of service. It was therefore a natural step for us to take.”

He adds: “C&W certainly has not become PFS in order to follow a market trend. Our ambition goes much farther than that. The partnerships to be announced in the coming weeks will clarify our strategy, which aims to offer a resolutely new range of services, fully compatible with the structural evolutions in today’s banks, whether they be in Luxembourg or elsewhere in the world.”
