Ms. Parthasarathy joins Capco from Perot Systems TSI (India) Ltd, where she was most recently Vice-President, Strategic Accounts and Initiatives. Among her responsibilities were the development and implementation of the company’s strategy for key account acquisition and growth and developing and managing strategic alliances. Previously, she held other senior positions including General Manager and Head, Financial Services Vertical and Head, European Business Development.
In all, Ms. Parthasarathy has more than 17 years of experience in the sourcing industry leading sizeable operations teams which serviced Tier One banking clients in Europe and North America, including Citigroup, Clearstream, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered and UBS. Prior to Perot Systems, Ms. Parthasarathy was Managing Partner of Aquarius Infotech, a consulting firm based in Bangalore.
Ms. Parthasarathy was educated at the University of Bombay, Mumbai, India, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1986, and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India, where she obtained an MBA with specialization in Systems and Finance in 1988.
