Integrity Treasury Solutions signs Dimension Data

London, UK – Integrity Treasury Solutions today announced the signing of Dimension Data offshore Treasury Centre based in Ballasalla, Isle of Man, UK. Dimension Data has selected integra-T.com to support the company’s treasury, in-house banking and cash management requirements across its global business activities with an emphasis on their cash management and liquidity forecasting, risk management and IFRS/IAS39 compliance.

Dimension Data quoted on both the Johannesburg and London Stock Exchanges is a specialist IT services and solution provider that helps clients plan, build and support their IT infrastructures. The company applies its expertise in networking, security, operating environments, storage and contact centre technologies and its unique skills in consulting, integration and managed services to create customised client solutions. Dimension Data builds and manages the IT infrastructures for companies. Their unique combination of specialist skills - in managed services, network infrastructure, application integration and e-Business services - means they can provide the solutions their customers need to partner seamlessly.

The tasks for their Treasury in the Isle of Man are managing the Group’s global foreign exchange and short term investment (money market) and providing in-house banking, cash management, and credit/counterparty risk management. Comprehensive IFRS/IAS39 functionality was also a key to providing a fully integrated treasury, in-house bank and cash & risk management system. integra-T.com will be initially implemented in the Isle of Man for use by Dimension Data’s central treasury team and later, via Integrity’s Web module integra-T.net, rolled out for use by global remote subsidiaries.

The choice of integra-T.com was based on its ability to deliver a flexible and powerful solution. integra-T.com’s strengths in cash management, in–house banking, IAS 39 hedge accounting and Web browser access, were key factors influencing the decision.
