Originally, DNR were looking for an affordable front office system to support the management of their individually managed accounts. DNR selected FMC’s modelling and trade order management modules to deal with a growing volume of trades and compliance issues. Harley Dalton, Chief Executive Officer at DNR commented that “FMC’s pricing model allowed for a low cost framework to support front office trading requirements, including valuations, settlement and portfolio management reporting capabilities”.
The realisation that additional modules would assist to grow their business faster led to a decision to include FMC’s portfolio accounting, performance analysis, reconciliation and reporting modules. “Once implemented, DNR will have a fully automated and integrated business solution that is flexible, scalable and allows for future growth”, said Dalton.
