The study identified the Extended EAI sector as one with potential for high-growth between now and 2006 and identified the leading vendors in the French market. The report revealed how EAI solution offerings have evolved toward services that deliver business process management (BPM), service-oriented architectures (SOA) and standards support; all technologies that were identified by PAC as driving new momentum in EAI projects by medium and large enterprises.

The solutions were identified as enabling customers to implement tactical projects while maintaining a strategic vision.
