Unisys Korea and Almonde partner for risk management and Basel II solutions.

London Dec 6, 2004 - Unisys Korea and Almonde, leaders in compliance and risk management software solutions, concluded a partnership agreement to distribute and support risk management and Basel II systems on the Korean market.

"We selected Almonde as our local partner after an in-depth assessment of more than 15 solutions" said Tae-In Kang , Financial Services Director of Unisys Korea , and added "Almonde’s product is fully ready, integrated and open to third party modules. It also seamlessly integrates with existing banks’ systems and data through a robust built-in ETL. In addition, the product can easily be extended to perform ALM analysis which guarantees long-term customer value".

Unisys Korea will provide distribution, integration and local support services. Fully trained on the Almonde risk management, Unisys is already in discussion with multiple Korean banks to implement the Almonde Basel II product.
