The Financial Tradeware product set has been designed specifically medium to small sized investment management firms and hedge funds; it comprises Ultra.netT, H-FUNDT and S-MessengerT. The migration of the solution set is the result of over 15 months collaboration between Financial Tradeware and Microsoft development teams. Rigorous testing has been applied and the products are now in production at a number of client sites.
The company's flagship product is Ultra.netT, a suite of portfolio and fund management applications based on the latest .NET infrastructure. Ultra.netT has been designed to integrate real-time trading and execution via FIX protocols; back office administration for SWIFT settlement and real time accounting and compliance in order to maximise Straight Through Processing in medium to small sized investment management organisations. TMS (Trade Management System) is a new application in Ultra.netT which enables the electronic execution and
reporting of equity orders using FIX protocols.
H-FUNDT, a portfolio and fund management system designed specifically for Hedge Funds. H-FUNDT automates and integrates all trading activities of Hedge Funds, including real time execution via FIX protocols, clearing and settlement via SWIFT, real time NAV calculation and accounting, portfolio modelling and risk management tools. It has a direct link to Bloomberg and other major data feeds to guarantee the highest financial instruments coverage.
The third solution in the Financial Tradeware product set is S-MessengerT, a financial trade message routing system for SWIFT messages which fully integrates SWIFT Alliance to Ultra.netT, H-FUNDT or any other be-spoke or industry standard systems via plug-in adaptors. The system provides the complete validation of message content before reaching the SWIFT network together with an exception management feature that shows alerts to users on a workflow browser. Messages can be processed either automatically or manually and sent via the SWIFT network and also via email and/or fax. S-Messenger provides comprehensive information for a greater understanding of message
structure even for non experienced users.
