Telekurs Financial opens a new office in Edinburgh today to expand its
service and local support to the Scottish market.
Until now the Scottish market was served by business consultant John Anderson.
He will be joined by a sales and a product development specialist in order to
provide greater support to the market.
Roger Brett has been appointed as Sales Manager for Scotland and Northern
England. Brett joins from Snap Consulting where he held the position of Senior
Sales Consultant for two years. Prior to that, he was with Reuters in London and
Tokyo.
The new office and appointments show Telekurs Financials’ commitment to
support its growing Scottish client base. ‘Due to the increasing importance of risk management and STP applications there is a demand for more timely and
accurate data in this market. Our aim is to meet this demand with quality data
offered via a range of display and processing products.’ said Beat Koch, CEO of
Telekurs (U.K.) Ltd.
Telekurs Financial will continue its sponsorship of the Scottish Sports Charity
Dinner for the fifth year. The annual dinner takes place on 2nd of December at The Sheraton in Edinburgh and will be attended by over 480 people from the Scottish financial industry. To mark the opening of the new office, the company will also sponsor a champagne reception at the beginning of the annual dinner.
