Paris, December 16, 2004 - NEOMAlogic, a leading provider of Internet-based Trade Finance solutions for the financial services industry, today announced that Lloyds TSB Bank has selected its Global Trade Portal e-banking solution to make the Bank's Trade Finance offering accessible via the Internet.
Lloyds TSB Bank is leveraging Global Trade Portal to provide its customers with a full-featured Internet-based console for the on-line management of their Letters of Credit, Standby LCs, Collections, Guarantees and the underlying documentation. The Bank will also use its capability to be fully integrated with its internal back-office system as well as its corporate customers' own logistics and purchasing systems.
The first phase of the implementation has been successfully completed with the service going live in the UK under the brand "Lloyds TSB Online Trade Services". Future deployments will also include the Bank's international branches.
