Visitors may experience difficulties in accessing content if using an out-of-date browser. We recommend you upgrade to the latest version now.

Click on the 'Not a member? Start here' button at the very top right of your screen and complete the registration form. A confirmation email containing a link will be sent to your email address. Please click on this link to activate your registration. If you do not receive this link please email support@bobsguide.com.

Becoming a member allows you full access to all vendor content on bobsguide including contact information and white papers. You will also have the ability to post an RFI to any of our vendors.

Click on the 'Sign in' button at the very top right of your screen and enter your email address and password.

Once you are logged in, click on the orange ‘Member Update Center’ button at the top right of your screen. Here you can update your member profile and your company profile(s).

Click on the 'Sign in' button at the very top right of your screen, then click on the ‘Forgotten your password’ link. Enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you.

Email support@bobsguide.com and provide your old and new email addresses. You will receive a response confirming the change. If you have moved to a new company please ensure you login to your 'Member Update Center' and update your details to include your new job role and company information.

After logging in, navigate to your 'Member Update Center'. From here, click on the 'Profile' link where you can change all of your company and personal details excluding your email address (see 'How do I change my email address?').

Within your member update centre, click on 'Newsletter Settings'. Update your settings and save the changes.

If you have not logged into bobsguide for more than 12 months you will be deleted from our database. You will have received an automated email after 11 months giving you the option to login and renew your membership.

Click on the 'Sign out' button at the top right of your screen.

At the top of your screen there is a search box. Enter your key words and a list of search suggestions will appear. If you don't find what you’re looking for click 'search now'. You will be presented with a results page with the top results for each category. Click on a section ('jobs' for example) and this will take you to the search results for that section only.

Alternatively you can browse all the categories in the directory by clicking on the 'Directory' tab from the main navigation at the top of the page.

You can use the search box at the top right of your screen to enter a company name. Clicking on one of the results will take you to a results page where you can click on the company name to be taken directly to their page on bobsguide. If you are not logged in you will be asked to do so. From here you will be able to view their telephone number and office address. If the company is a premium vendor they will also have an email address listed and 'Call Me' and 'Email Me' buttons; clicking on either of these will send your contact details directly to the vendor who will then follow up with you.

If you have a basic listing on bobsguide, you may post up to two free News Press Releases per calendar year. Please email them to news@bobsguide.com for upload to the site and inclusion in the next newsletter. To post more press releases, contact your account manager or sales@bobsguide.com for an account upgrade.

If your company is on a Upgraded Package, please upload your News Press Releases from your 'Company Update Center'. Click on the 'Member Update Center' link at the top right of your screen and select your company from under the 'Company Update Center'. From here, click on ‘Submit PR’ from the quick links on the left.

General News Press Release guidelines:

• All press releases must be current and relevant or suitable to the financial or financial technology industry. Any irrelevant items will be removed.
• It must be a news item, not promotional or a product advertisement
• No pre-event promotion is allowed
• Any URL's, contact information or email addresses will be removed before publication
• All press releases have to be relevant or suitable to the financial or financial technology industry, any irrelevant items will be removed
• A relevant photo can accompany the press release. It should be a photo, not a company logo or other promotional graphic
